Realistically, how many hours of gameplay can you get on an undocked Switch? Horrible idea.
A couple of hours like any other handheld. They sell battery pack accessories now. As soon as the battery gets low you hit the button and it starts charging wirelessly.

>>737638614I get about 6-8 hours handheld mode for big games (Prime 4, TOTK S2 patch, Yakuza) with my Switch 2 but I use a 2.3x capacity Switch 2 using pic-related. For indies 8-10 hours or so. The Switch 2 USB-C port can accept 22W undocked for reference so if you wanted to expand the life with a battery you'd wanna shoot for a battery pack that can output 20-25W over USB-C. I can post a breakdown of the setup with pricing if you're curious. But the ring is 4$, battery is 15-32$ depending on sales, and USB-C coupler is 7-9$ depending on sales. Have a build paste I can copy over tho.
