But at least if you don't have a controller it makes remote play playable.Next FF should have moving and looking affect what you are doing. How you attack. As well as R2 & L2 depth. Like moving to the side + L2 makes you zap out of the way instead of in and out.Some flying with L2 if in the air, as in jumping while stick/dpad centre.How you move maybe how sword swings. Same for enemies so know how to sword counter them.

But logical to what you're doing.Get into position to make the movement you made up til then swiped and done.Have to think what you'll need to do, guess, and do it. Plan ahead of action for effective and sequential attacks. Attacking affecting momentum, movement. Too.And dpad/stick still doesn't mean stop. Have inertia so can jump forward.Not immediately changing body with dpad actions could also still affect sword.Sword with L stick if R2 needs to be reserved for something else. Or R2 to fire unless sword swing in play. Then firing into sword making attacks more powerful and or fast.
