I want a game in which i can be as evil as possible. I tried it in BG3 but they pussied out and made some evil-route exclusives now also available on good runs.What game lets me be truly evil?

You can side with the Powder Gangers and Great Kahns, you can sell people into slavery, wipe out entire factions and make the Mojave an absolutely miserable, corrupt shithole by the end of the game. Plus while Caesar's legion has some kind of consequentialist ethos to justify itself you can just install a totalitarian slave state into the Mojave and purge whoever you want when you side with Caesar which a lot of rpg's do not give you the freedom to do.
