RotR open world and quest system. SoP dual class system, here we just call the 2 classes samurai/ninja. Having 2 modes but one doesn't even use the Nioh specific mechanics of ki pulsing and stances but still has the stamina system was not a great idea. Those 2 mechanics are unique to Nioh and gave its combat a lot of variety and depth, so it's no wonder that Ninja is shockingly simple and no where near as high on the skill ceiling as the samurai mode is.
