That's the sickest looking longsword in the game. It's the only one that isn't ruined with an overly long handle or a some dogshit scarf tied to it to hide how long the handle is. They probably made the Longswords have super long handles to differentiate them more from the bastard sword length 1h swords. Also so the handle protrudes more when sheathing the sword on your back, I guess.

I thought this game was pretty ass when it came to quests, but damn the Calphade Siege was so fucking good holy shit, what a great way to handle a massive battle, just wished it was even longer than it currently is.
