That's the sickest looking longsword in the game. It's the only one that isn't ruined with an overly long handle or a some dogshit scarf tied to it to hide how long the handle is. What the fuck were the devs smoking making handles polearm length and not even having the MC use that extra length In animations.?

They probably made the Longswords have super long handles to differentiate them more from the bastard sword length 1h swords. Also so the handle protrudes more when sheathing the sword on your back, I guess.
