Should I get the original version or Scholar of the First Sin?

A better question would be, when it comes to PS360, should I get DS2 vanilla or SotFS? and if I do get vanilla, should I get the dlc's?Only answer this question if you have high insight.
I have never played scholar because I got the game on pc when it released and I've replayed that version every time. haven't even played the dlcs. the game is fine as is and I enjoy it so scholar and dlc are not really needed to make the game good.

I'm playing it now and it just feels like an unfinished version of 8th gen Scholar with barely playable framerate, you're missing nothing remotely interesting
