In the 90s/early 00s they went from SNES to PS2 in 7 years. Multiple classic IPs were created and they were on their 3rd or 4th game in that span of time.

EIGHT years anon, the teaser came out on June 10th.That is about as much span of time as Morrowind (2002), Oblivion (2006), and Skyrim (2010) were released from one another.The modern industry is a big fucking joke, from the lengthy developments and how ideologically captured they became in the 2010s. I would have never become a NEET if this were what we were to expect.
