The funny part about the new class changes is for two reasons. Less buttons for the aging playerbase. More action-based combat, see the if you mitigate at the right time you get to deal more damage compared to just mitigating at the beginning to do more damage. EU has been about the best because they tend to get a good amount of info plus events on at the venue.JP might be the busiest and get the most info out of all three but it's to me the worst one to experience as a venue goer, it's so stilted and rigid. It's like a military campaign in how it's presented than a fun entertainment venue. I quit after finishing Shadowbringers and never came back for Endwalker because the encounters and dungeons and trials that you do as part of the main story are mind-numbingly boring. In theory though, if 2 min is no longer a thing that means all DPS is going to be consistent instead of bursty. Some fights might even be harder if they don't balance it right. But it should be easier to scale down the damage
