I'm surprised the store is still up. However they haven't done any maintenance on it in a very long time and it's slowly falling apart so maybe they just forgot about it

All you need is the console itself and an internet connection or USB stick. It is extremely easy. Just look it up online

NoPayStation is still working, that's what I use in conjunction with an app called PKGi.
But it seems that it only works for games that were released digitally
If you have CFW though you can install any game onto the hard drive from a disc so you never have to use it again
