It says something for Deadlock's gameplay that the character who can disarm you for up to 20 seconds, has a spell-vamping spammable AoE, a massive mobility tool that also shrinks his hitbox and decreases damage taken AND a 5 second stun... Is actually considered to be one of the low tier characters.

Nobody consider Maurice and Krilliam low tier, they are a common pick on the Night Shift. Also burrow is not a 'massive mobility tool' by Deadlock standards desu
