Finally got around to playing Resident Evil 4 Remake. How do I stop it from feeling like sluggish crap? Keyboard and mouse or controller makes no difference.

use a mod/trainer and set the game speed to 1.5x

remember when uncs were making fun of zoomers saying "uhhh it's clunky" while doing literally the same shit? (they are not used to games controlling like actual video games instead of pixel vomit)

"Snappy controls mod" and movement speed mod makes a solid difference but it still feels sluggish. Increased stagger chance is also really nice. And you can get the laser mod to get rid of that awful blooming crosshair.

It doesn't fix everything but it's a major improvement

Try actually playing the game instead of just pretending.

nvidia reflex via rtss and higher mouse sensitivity
