I came across 3D printed miniatures in Michael's. These are door handles and locks. I also saw miniatures of an easel, paint brush and palette that were 3D printed, which had some painted details, and only the tubes of paints looked like they were from a mold. The only reason you would want to buy miniatures from a store is because of the quality. If I wanted this I'd 3D print it myself.
