better than automata in everyway but the gameplay is kind of a slog. if you've played the drakengard games you'll know how taro likes his unlockable story progression. otherwise i think the repetitiveness still makes for a masterpiece of a game and the most heartbreaking conclusion in any game i've ever played. i still cry over its implications to this day.
