With the amount of time it takes for studios to make games these days, the absolute best care scenario possible is 6 years after they released starfield, roughly 2030, and that would be a hell of a rush job for their flagship series. Five years longer than the famously late duke nukem forever, which took so long to make that it was the butt of jokes for years. You could be born after skyrim was released, and become a legal adult all before TES6 is released under this scenario. But that is just the best case scenario, consider the scenario that is that they don't rush it out the door and they started on it recently. Realistically, a non-rushed version of the next elder scrolls game would take at least 8 years (supposedly, bethesda spent 10 years from initial conception to release on starfield, so even now I am being generous). That would make the most likely release date be somewhere around 2034. Long enough of a time to be born after skyrim was released, become an adult, have some kids, finish a 4 year degree or a stint in the military, all between releases of the games that people actually fucking care about from this studio. And it isn't even gonna be good
