So what's the deal with the bosses anyway? We're killing some of them and we're apparently just beating up others. Like Guillotina, she is getting killed, pretty undeniable. But the Kaiju bosses? Apparently you are just beating them up. Arguably you kill one at the end, but for two fights prior to this you were just beating them up. Seems like a weird inconsistency. Are the Kaijus the only bosses in the game where you canonically have non-lethal fights with them? I guess you could argue that you're just beating up some of the other bosses based on their death animations, but there's no real evidence. Weird stuff...
