I have the Banished Knight Armor set with the Unaltered Helm but not the unaltered chest piece. I'm level 63. I have the banished knight greatsword at +10.

Is this the best armor for PvP and PvE until you get to a higher level? I just killed Renalla Queen of the Full Moon.

Googling the Tree Sentinal Set looks cool but I cant get to that area yet.

I'm a STR build currently. I want to get good at pvp but I notice lag on PC Elden Ring and people seem to have a shitload of health or armor or something because they kill me in way fewer hits than I kill them.

Also how high of a + should I make my swords for PvP?

I have a Troll Knight Greatsword I want to use but I don't have any INT.
