It's like denuvo but runs on deeper layer in your kernel. It's not a crack per se, but a bypass, kinda what 3DM used to do back in the days, but way more aggressive.

For security meme reasons, your OS is running inside another tiny OS that's called a hypervisor. The hypervisor, like a supervisor but hyper, interacts with and limits what the OS and any software can do with your hardware.
Don't ask why, but DENUVO needs to take the wheel of this hypervisor. And thus anyone cracking denuvo is also gonna need to tamper with your hypervisor.
Basically an idea that supposedly offers security to the user, needs to be made less secure in order to help israel or something.

Every time you install anything you're pretty much just trusting the developers.

Same way you used to pirate before, trusting the crackers or the repackers.

I haven't pirated anything since the Windows XP era. and I used to reinstall the OS like twice a year because whatever the fuck was wrong with Windows back then, I got better FPS in Counter-Strike every time I reinstalled that would decay over time.

They are in no way comparable
The worst that can happen to your machine with a standard crack is all your files and drive are fucked
Letting them have access to below windows means they can do anything at all
>J-Just trust them
The stakes are way higher

You should also put on a straitjacket itd be perfect with your setup

all they are going to do is make another drm thats even worse

The next step is requiring TPM 2.0.
>>
>>737721480
that's ok we're all going to be on Linux by the time the next DRM comes out. if your DRM requires anything more than Steam in the future, it will fail.

>>737721432
This thing is open source. I've read the code, I can't see anything actually suspect. It's mostly just emulating windows system calls and evading detection.

There hasn't been a proper Denuvo crack since CODEX. Even Empress' and voices38's "cracks" are just check bypasses by triggering exception handles, except on the binary itself -- protected functions are still encrypted, VMprotect is still there, all the other Denuvo shit is still intact -- which is more complex and more time consuming/takes more effort to make.
