For the past few months, I started to get really into Overwatch, and trying to rank up. Its slow, but I was getting better and moving up some of the ranks, although I was basically stuck at top of plat, occasionally low diamond.Shits time consuming though, and looking at all these people who are pros, these people literlay have no other interests or skills. Why would you listen to them? They just game, and their usually unfit. Comp gaming isnt even fun. Ive quit for a couple of weeks now and I feel so much better. still gaming a bit, like going through XCOM again, but mostly doing other things.I just think its so horrible to be obbsessed with trying to get better at something that is completely useless like gaming, especially when most people seem to hate comp games. Its so addicting, predatory, and soul consuming.
