Which was your favorite? Is the remastered collection worth getting?
>>737726678Bioshock 2. The remasters fucked up things so some graphics look worse, there are new crashes but if you liked them or never played then go for it. Thye collection price seems to be the same as 1+2 plus its DLC so grab it. Just dont play Infinite because its not a bioshock game, its a shooter with the name slapped on there just for the sales.
>>737726678Just pirate them. The remasters really fucked some of the visuals up. Inferior looking water in a game that is set in a city in the ocean. It is egregious. Also had some lighting and shadow issues. The originals are perfectly acceptable even today so go with that.
I liked playing 2 more, but I preferred the Ryan and his objectivism to Lamb's cult.
>>737726678Bioshock 2 has the best gameplay. Drill dashing never gets old. Bioshock 1 has a bit of a better story, pace, and atmosphere than 2, but the gameplay isn't as good. Bioshock 3 is the worst, is/was overhyped to hell, and it's story is retarded, but overall, it is an okay game at best.
>>7377266782 is just straight up improved gameplay wise, and Big Sisters are even better enemies than Big Daddies in the 1st game. Story is weaker, but the connection between the protag and his little sister has some genuine emotion to it.
2 improved on everything from 1 but 1 was more novel and memorable. I don't know why they bothered with the remasters but the few extras were cool like the challenge rooms and new bugs.
Is there ever going to be a fourth game or will they just quietly cancel it?
