Bumpers aren't the best and the sticks are mediocre, but the triggers feel great and the D-pad is the best I've ever used, great controller overall.

Love the xbox controllers, but every single one of the new ones I've bought have had sticks that needed huge amounts of deadzone straight out of the box just so my camera, characters or cars don't spin around in random directions, all with zero input from me, kinda unacceptable for a controller being sold at this price point and makes the new controllers pretty much useless for games where small precision movements of the sticks is necessary.I'll stick with my 360 controller until it dies and I'm unable to fix it, zero deadzone needed after around 20 years of use.

I can't say much about the series X controllerI can say a few things about the Xbox One controller though because I bought one some time agoIt's actually ass. It's the only controller where I got stick drift. The face buttons don't register inputs all the time, like you know, every other fucking controller. They feel sticky brand new and they sound like there's a kid next to me chewing gum with his mouth open. The clicky dpad is not good for anything other than menuing. Honestly except for the analogs which are mostly fine, I really struggle to understand why people would pay what I paid for it (50€ IIRC). It got praise for not having an internal battery, but it doesn't even include an external one anyways.
