Is there any worth in playing a game you know so much about? Say, for example, a game like Crono Trigger, Majora's Mask, of Half Life 2. You know a lot about the game(s) due to, well, being on the internet. You know about all the Masks and bosses in MM, the Story of CT, and the level design of HL2. Even if I've never touched the game(s), should I still play it despite my knowledge?
Yes.

What a dumb question only a zoomer could ask. You obviously grew up with Twitch as your Cartoon Network.Playing a game yourself is always a complete different experience than watching someone else play.
You could watch someone play a game from top to bottom and still not fully experience it.

>>737744381The point of a game is interaction with your mind through decision-making. You only experience that by playing the game.
>>737744381You just reminded me I have to submit the next progress report for my statistics project. Thanks you dumb frogposter
>>737744381Try it and find out. The scientific method.
What's a good way to play Chrono Trigger nowadays? Just ZSNES or is there a better way?
>>737744381Is it still larping if you know every bits of the game without even playing it once?
