I really think she should have been introduced in like 6.1 or 6.2 when Endwalker's post-patch series starts picking up as seemingly an ordinary traveler just there to see the world that then gets caught up in this huge event. The most boring thing about DT is the way they show all these different tribes who have zero conflict or anything interesting to say. They just show you one or two cute cultural customs before you move onto the next one like a theme park. Shadowbringers and Endwalker already destroyed and buried the game's political theming and this was a good opportunity to bring that back in a more low stakes environment, but it was all squandered. This game will never have anything interesting to say ever again.
