That's the problem there aaren't any. I've thought about making one but the problem is that it requires basically making use of the custom driver that allows Switch JoyCons to work independently, as some emulator devs did (its not standard SDL2...maytbe 3 can do it now who knows) and of course you need people who have the sensors and something that is exercise related.

Still..maybe I can work on it a bit more...

You ma be surprised to know not everyone is looking to become a ripped wall of muscle. "insanity" or those other workouts are only for those who are at a high level of fitness and require significant intensity, discipline etc..to get anywhere near what they promise. Its a little bit like the yoga videos that basically start at "I can put my head up my own ass" levels of flexibility. Anyway, ring fit is for all levels and works just fine like a lot of body weight exercises, but the core bit is the gamification and fun of it. People who would never buy a bunch of workout programs, gym memberships etc or whatever would play a game that made it a fun routine and had a starting level that was sufficient to keep them from hurting themselves without needing a trainer etc

I’m a wagecuck so I try to do some reps during office hours. I have these two sandbags I use as makeshift dumbbells and I use my desk mat to do planks on. But I find it hard to not breathe too loud so I often don’t get chances to do planks since I just can’t do them quietly enough, I can only really do them when the three guys in the cubicles next to me aren’t around. I also like to hop on the elliptical machine and do some autobattles on my gachas as I work out

well, you dont have to stand all the time. its just that standing for decent periods while at home is important for your health. for me it helps to stand on my desk when i am really focused on some work like producing and composing music, working on blender, etc. etc. when i am really locked in, i dont even really notice that i am standing. if i do start to feel tired of standing, ill of course sit down. try using it when you are really in the zone doing something, rather than something really passive like watching a show or something.

bro, you definitely can. i am 28 and am in better shape than i was in my early 20s. i just had to start making an effort and simply moving more. like simply taking my bike to the grocery store was a huge help along with normal gym attendance 3 times a week. also not eating like shit is obviously the answer. i started replacing a lot of typical meals with lots more leafy greens and veg. very high volume of leafy greens and veg help so much with hunger as it will literally fill your stomach up for very little calories + tons of nice nutrients.
