There's no good reason for why these characters aren't playable in the game yet.
Pirate Robot, Moro, and the lizard from early Buu are the only guys I recognize

Hatchyak was in previous games and had an old game and movie about him, so he ought to be considered. Ozoto was a major antagonist in the Heroes manga and is from an old arcade game, so I can imagine him appearing too.

How fuck is Mutchy any more of a shitpost than fucking Mighty Mask who is unironically going to be playable. At least Mutchy has a cool design and some cool abilities such as having arms that are whips. He's on the same level as someone like Ledgic of just being a potentially cool character to see become playable. As for the "top right being obvious shitpost", that's also stupid because he's one of the original movie villains and one of very few movie villains that have never been made playable in the games before while literally every other major villain from practically every film can be played.
