That's a hideout for a monster and has a giant sawblade and drill pointed at it. Even if somehow a power saw could give her a dick, the point of the Shadow people areas is they represent a person's deepest fears made manifest, especially fears about how others perceive them. Yukiko is worried she's seen as a princess kept in a tower, only to be seen by her prince charming. Rise is worried people will think she's a whore.
