I found a switch copy of No Man's Sky while I was downtown today. No case or anytihng, just chilling. I'm hoping it's a creepypasta type situation but in case it's not, how is the game itself? I've never played it.

It has those typical mobile game mechanics where you wait for time to pass to increase stats, and then make those stats grow faster and faster.Ground combat is terrible. Air combat is super simplistic too, there's really no technique or skill you'll develop there.It's a game for casual exploration, collecting a few things, boosting stats, and passing the time.I don't recommend it.If there were truly interesting vistas, both on the planets and in space, I'd say it would be worth it for the artistic aspect, but not even that exists. The graphics are pretty bad and also have that mobile game look. You won't see massive mountain ranges with snow-capped peaks rising above the clouds, or the rings of a planet like Saturn made up of billions of rock fragments. There's nothing interesting like that in the game. It's really just a shallow game for people who aren't picky.
