As is there isn't a single sincere moment with her leading up to that choice, just lies and a wave goodbye. Reed's crazy for staying loyal to Myers for so long, but he actually follows through on everything he offers you and tries to do right by you beyond that.

The "cure" leaves V trapped in a prison of their own making. There's no freedom for Reed either, who either dies or just remains a puppet of the state. Even Songbird's fate isn't really known if you side with her - she's apparently alive, but the idea that the moon people just cured her with no strings attached seems unlikely and we never find out what ultimately becomes of her.

And then you have Panam who doesn't even bother to pick up the fucking phone even after hearing you were in a coma.
