Most fun combo in the whole game is Rapier+Crossbow. You see a leech or something, whip out the xbow, shoot it, and put it away within the span of 0.7s and then go back to killing with your melee. Billhook is an acceptable replacement, though it's so strong it feels like cheating sometimes.
Am starting to get a liking of the duckfoot shotgun bounty hunter. I just wished the swapping wasn't so cumbersome
