Why did Darth Revan’s Sith Empire fully embrace the Sith and gave Sith temples and whatever but Palpatine’s Galactic Empire make no mention of the Sith ?

The rule of two or what. By default there can be only 2 siths iirc since the whoever was above Sidious (force sensitive goons don't count and Dooku kept the whatever her name chick to betray Sidious).

Because sith empire is an oxymoron. Sith teachings are about being at the top and always getting power no matter the cost or methods. Revan only could maintain his empire because he was the biggest baddest mf in the galaxy, and the moment he went out for the cigarettes the whole thing started to crack
