The Terror and Starvation character endings in 1 can be cock and ball torture however, especially Ragnavaldr's and Enki's that demand you fight just about every scary enemy possible without saving. What specifically is filtering you in 1? 99% of the game is just knowledge checks you should have fun learning yourself unless you're hard stuck2 also lets you get Abella and just fucking wrench toss most encounters down making combat easier

Anyways, little tip, when playing as Olivia don't combine the two butterfly wing pendants, wear both at the same time for 75% less damage taken when under 50 health.
