Thermal clips, focus on cover shooting, terrible story that retconned everything you did in the first game, constant emails that amount to "hey remember me Shepard?", etc. Retards defended it by saying "the gameplay is better" but it wasn't. Replaying it recently proves how shallow and shit it really was. Only soldier is half-way decent and everything else is gimped to the point of uselessness. ME2 is a beta for ME3 and nothing will change that.
