Play Dragon Ball Infinite World for PS2. It's pretty much just Budokai 4, except they didn't call it Budokai for some reason.

Better roster, better character balance, R and S moves brought over from Shin Budokai turned into P and K. Gokus shoulder starter is so damn amazing, RT supers etc. Great game just the stun balance is wonky.
