I hated it when zelda did this with bosses that you'd stun, and then they'd stay down and literally stop posing a challenge so idiot children would be able to beat them. >>738043637I think this is mainly an issue if you think a relatively small part of the experience (I would guess <1% of the experience is taken up by your momentum being killed by these parry QTEs) can sully an entire experience. Most anons, including myself, hate QTEs, but very few let them drag down the entire experience. OG RE4 has shitty QTEs that pop up without warning, but it's still a classic that defined a genre and worth every moment of play. If your position is just that QTEs can turn a game to shit, no matter how minimal their intrusion, then that's fine, but I don't think it's a particularly intuitive stance.
