If it has to be a hero shooter, it would be better as a horde shooter. Each level can be a different princess's castle/kingdom. Bitches love gathering and base building, so maybe throw some survival genre tropes in there. Basically Metal Gear Survive of building a base that both generates resources and protects itself.

I just know women love coop-oriented survival games and basing it around Disney kingdoms seems genius. Just have lots of customization for the main castle, some famous characters visiting as quest NPCs, and maybe even include playable princes for couples to play together.
