He was more of a Mad Max/Vampire Hunter D kind of hero who just showed up while some shit was going down to other people and helped them fight the bad guys. The only extra content we get out of Vincent's story is that it turns out Lucrecia was just as much of a psychotic amoral scientist as Hojo was, and she added the Super Jesus gene to him Limit Break.Shelke and her sister were the real protagonists of the story. Vincent was just the hero.
