I've got poe2 but it's hard to bring myself to play when the game isn't finished and it takes forever to build new characters. Are Epoch or Diablo 4 worth trying? I know Epoch has some more recent controversies whereas d4 had a really rough base game but might be better with the expansion.
Both are pretty nice d4 got some update but its pretty expensive, epoch is really good tho, grim dawn is cool as well but dated on the looks side so if you wanna start somethi g new i would recommend epoch.
>>738037818LE is just ok. I like how each skill has it's own little skill tree so you can config them like D3's runes, but it's much more involved. the crafting system is also pretty easy, easiest SSF experience in any ARPG on the market. I can't speak for D4, I played a few hours for free on gaypass and didn't like it so I dropped it.
>>738037818Last Epoch's pretty fun but it's the easiest clickergame of all of them by a mile. If you play long enough you might reach a point where you can die BUT the good point to LE's low difficulty is it works extremely well played blind and you make builds yourselfDiablo 4's also very casual but not nearly as much as LE. D4's best when you like it enough to play for a few weeks/month when a new season starts and then you quit when you're satisfied until the next season starts. After a certain point your grinding mostly plateaus and if you want to keep pressing on for minimal gains or leave satisfied for a few months is up to you. For Diablo game stories and atmosphere I'd put D4 in second place behind D1, but the gameplay is still pretty close to D3. I think it's pretty great but it has to land in that sweet spot of a game you like to play semi-casually off and on for years rather than one you want to poopsock onI think they're both worth trying and I'd give the nod to D4 but just remember they're both much more casual than PoE. I haven't played PoE2 yet so I couldn't say there
