>>738088898If you play normally, yes. Theres multiple versions of the fan translation and bug fixes, so maybe this isn't a thing anymore. But you could cast spells pseudo instantly by bringing up the menu mid cast. The spell would continue to charge up while time was paused so you could just fire off rapid spells while the enemy barely moves. This is a pretty lame way of the playing the game, but it does make her a lot stronger if you're willing to do it. I think there was also a bug involving having two characters casting at the same time, but its been a long time. I probably wouldn't bother with this shit unless you're running a caster heavy team.
