I'm playing Persona 5 right now and have such a love hate relationship with it. The style and music of the game is so good. The characters are so sincere and endearing. But the fucking calendar constantly railroading me just kills the pacing for me. It's like the game can't let me chill for a sec and fuck around.

>>738081828I've said it a million times but giving more focus to the social link/daily life sim elements slows the pacing to a damn crawl.It was already perfect in Persona 3 where social links were treated like optional sidequests that can make your personas stronger and that was it.They were also shorter in P3 so the split between slink/dungeon crawling/story was about even.

Heaven from Persona 4 is probably my favourite song in the series, but overall I have to admit P5 probably had the best soundtrack. So 5 > 4 > 3 for me, which is funny because the reverse is how I would rate the games overall
