so if enabling anti aliasing adds extra shit on the pipeline (which in fact, it literally does), then it affects the input lag. typically without AA you have more FPS and

Native TAA costs about 3-5 fps, depending on your current FPS, the input delay that it will be adding is absolutely negligible unless you are already running sub-60 fps at which point you have bigger issues.
Other post-process AA like FXAA and SMAA have literally next to no performance impact because its post-process (and almost always worthless due to the fact)
The only AA methods that will hammer your FPS to hell and back are SSAA and MSAA, as well as DLAA/Native FSR as noted above
