Yes I used cheats to max out all hearts so that I could get 4 candles instead of 3 without having to interact with insufferable NPCs.
Yes I only produce high quality wine and truffle oil.
Yes the farmhouse is actually a warehouse with no furniture to max out productivity.

It makes fixing the greenhouse easier and with that and blueberries/cranberries you can found all your projects until you get ancient fruit. I did all that in year 1 lol.
