I think it'd be neat to see how microphone minigames could be integrated if at all, since the re-released GameCube controller has no mic input. I'd love Smash Bros. 64 and Smash Bros. Melee to be released in the same update with online support. The list really goes on and on. Viewtiful Joe 1 & 2, Mario Kart Double Dash, Twilight Princess, Eternal Darkness, Toadstool Tour, Timesplitters. We already got a lot of the ones I really wanted, like F-Zero GX (my favorite video game of all time), the Pokemon titles, and Chibi-Robo!
