>Game about producing and slinging drugs>Made by an Australian in Australia>One of the strictest rating boards in the world for anything drug related>Still managed to get it officially ratedHow the fuck did he do it?
>>738126675>ratingsWho cares? Also ratings are done in the country it's being sold inSo it's not like Aussie rating will apply to non-aussie countries
>>738126808>Who cares?Me.That's why I shouted that out into the void.
>>738126845And how could anyone here answer that? If it's not on the Dev's blog, no one knows
>>738126903Why are you such a sourpuss?
>>738126943I'm just saying I don't think anyone knows.
mewgenics is barely 5GB, isaac was just above 1GB even with all DLC
>>738125895Every night before bed I play mondo medicals.
>>738125895Casualties: Unknown
>>738126675I've never met a single person where a games rating actually prevented an eventual sale. the occasional turn away for selling a M game to a minor happened, but you would just try a different location or come back at a different time and buy it from someone else on shift. does anyone other than regulators and publishers ever give a shit about a game's rating? movies were even more strict about enforcing it than games.
>>738125895i don't play peasantslop
I remember the bitch clerk not wanting to sell my 12yo ass GTA 2, and I instantly called my dad and he drove like 15m to come and get me and buy the game for me and then we went to watch Hercules in theater, good old days
>>738125895Icey
>>738131742Refused rating 100% hit Hotline Miami 2 in straya. It's still banned there to this day. Devs outright said they weren't gonna appeal it and australians should just pirate it which is kinda based.
>>738125895>>738126564based
>>738126564>>738132575>Release Date: 12 Dec, 2018>Early Accesswhy is this allowed
>>738132454so you can't even buy it even if you're of age there?
>>738132791you can't force anyone to finish anything. it's why EA was introduced in the first place; to promote games that might have died in the womb.
>>738132918It was briefly, like a week IIRC, available on launch but after it got rejected it was delisted on all platforms. Can't purchase it all.
>>738133082how big is piracy in australia?
>>738133082crikey. aussie's have it worse than I thought.
>>738133181Fucking enormous and not just for vidya.
>>738132791Why wouldn't it be? Early access is buying an indev game as is.Buyer beware and all that shit.
>>738126675you can get around it by using made up names for drugs like with fallout 3 and later.
Nuclear Option is amazing>also has aussie devs
>>738131742I remember wanting to buy some games as a teenager that was rated 18+ (quite possibly dawn of war 2) and the retarded bitch at the checkout said I can't buy it without ID. Went home and bought it on steam
>>738125895The only one that stuck with me and I might return to was carrion
