I liked it up until that sewer level. I got there twice, but both times I went without a guide trying to maximize my squads/squad sizes only to find out the enemies scale in difficulty based on that. At that point in the game if you have one too many squads the enemies will be absolutely overwhelming. I still have it and hope to beat it some day, but if you need a guide to beat it, it's a bad game.
