Been playing a bunch of board game arena games, and holy shit, is so refreshing to play something that isn't jump on a platformer punch and shoot enemies.

I wish more strategy games had factions with more defined character like Endless Space 2 while still offering the more freeform progression. I want to get into Age of Wonders 4 but I find it hard to get into blank slate presets like those found in Stellaris.
