The character designs are pretty woke, but there is nothing directly hateful in the text itself.Men as a sex are not admonished.White people are not even mentioned or hinted at, let alone called bad.Women constantly talk about male characters in a good light, and men and women are amicable in general towards one another unless context creates friction, but its not inherent.In conclusion the character designs are woke, but the game is not.|If anything, in the first game you could read Hades and Zagreus as commentary on men in general (what to do and not to do), even if it was not the intent. In that regard, its less woke than the first game, if you think it counts.
i loved Hades and shit on H2 endlessly when it came out because of how pozzed it isi pirated it a couple months ago and yeah it's fun as shit. still hope their company gets kyoani'd with even worse fire safety.

This game is never explicitly woke but does have woke undertones. The gameplay is pretty good, the art is nice to look at mostly.It's up to everyone anon to make a choice on this and what they think woke is and what the line for woke is, but for me personally I don't mind subtle woke as long as it isn't obnoxious or poorly made. I also am not a fan of a game trying to be so unwoke it loops around to being cringe though, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
