They're calling Dr. Doom the leader of his team. Magneto was the actual leader of the Axis, so he's probably not part of this group. Ultron wasn't part of the Axis either. Assuming they won't double dip on IPs for this group, the remaining two members are probably Enchantress and Sabretooth. They wouldn't add Absorbing Man over Loki or Enchantress, but they need a female rep, and Mystique has an awful power for a team fighter, so it's probably Enchantress. Carnage means no Hobgoblin or Jack O'Lantern (I guess). Putting Deadpool in the team would confuse people. That leaves Sabretooth.
