The game is extremely shallow and boring. You're just playing mad libs with a half-decent MSPaint attached to it.
My battle doll soap opera is starting to unfold as I add more characters. Relationships are deterioraing. There's too many inhabitants to keep up with so many Miis are just disinterested or apathetic. I still need to add 5-10 more girls before I start adding the men.

Unfortunately, it is one of those games that gets better 20 hours in. Until you start getting relationships going, you're just stuck watching the same friendship dialogs, events, dreams, etc..

I didn't really feel compelled in engage with other posts, but I knew that all I wanted to do was to post moments that I thought were funny. I can't really go into a thread not wanting to interact with others yet still expecting to have other people to look at my crap. I didn't have that issue with the Miitopia threads because that game had both online sharing and a more versatile creator; there was incentive to go into threads not just t share your funny moments, but to share characters you made as well as pick up characters other anons made.

Not a whole lot to talk about, especially since we can't share Miis or even screenshots without jumping through a ton of hoops or emulating it. Hasn't stopped me from playing it a ton, but every conversation I can have about it is finding a subtle way to say, "Please tell me my Miis look good. I need validation."
My Miis, mostly OCs but also some real characters from various media, and 3 kids my miis have had so far.
Has anyone made a site where you can mess with the island builder and do up island designs? Would be nice to be able to pre-plan it out and then copy that in-game instead of me going into the builder for an hour and giving up halfway through because I don’t want it to look like a disaster.
