What are the best ones on Steam?
>>
Sorry, I don't bother with nonograms on Steam when I can just play them on free online.

Here's a couple on itch, but one is basically just a demo and the other is very short, more of a cute VN than a nonogram game. Can't say that I've run across any others that kept my attention.

pictopix is the best one, I've yet to find anything better. The miku ones have a gorillion puzzles but none of them go higher than 15x15

Havin fun with logiart grimoire.
>>
I heard that Squeakross is the best one.

Put the game down for two full days after that shit.

pictopix

>>738170665
Does Pictopix have quality of life stuff?
>>
>>738172393
from what I remember it autofills completed rows, but it doesn't force hints on you, which are my biggest factors in deciding if a picross game is good
>>
>>738172393
it has a lot of puzzles, modes and even support for workshop
>>
>>738169836
I remember playing this on the Switch. I didn't know it was possible, but the Miku Picross is just a bad picross game. There's not much variety in the puzzles, so it feels very same-y throughout.
>>
I don't know if it's related to the thread, but are there more games like logic bombs?
>>

>logic bombs
Stop sucking e-celeb cock and play the real game.

store.steampowered.com/app/1511780/Last_Call_BBS/

Or just play the FREE web clone.

lexaloffle.com/bbs/?tid=48966

Support the real game devs.

I'm playing Piczle on steam recently. A lot of QoL stuff, few picross variants to choose from.
Pictopix is great, simple yet elegant.
There's this one vtubber picross which is slightly harder but is really high quality.
If you want 3d picross then Voxelgram is goat.

Go suck a dick, nigger faggot.
Also logic bombs is a more complex game than dungeons and diagrams, and it has non pixel art mode. (i remember it being the default one and you have to change to gba graphics yourself)

I like Paint it Back and Logiart Grimoire.

Pictopix felt so soulless to me.

I'm playing through this right now. One of the few actual Picross games on steam, just not listed as such, probably because Nintendo still owns the name. The puzzles are pretty good so far, but the theming and explanations for every piece of art is definitely the main draw. Doesn't look like any other modes of picross that they've included in other recent titles though, like the 2-line ones or color.

had to mute the MC because she kept moaning every time i clicked a tile.

It has pencil marks and you can hold and drag to color tiles in a single row/column. No idea what else would you need.
>>
>>738169836
I play this one
https://store.steampowered.com/app/476460/Picross_Touch/
Has like 350+ puzzles from the devs and 20+k in the workshop.
Its free, it works i like it
>>

playing picross on anything other than my DS just feels wrong

Best one, 2D nonograms are boring.

Seems cool, will need to try the demo

>Nonograms with story and maps
Very nice. If you don't have stuff like that it feels like just a browser game.
I did play Charm Studies before and it's very cute.

I think this one is my favourite because every nonogram you solve slowly adds more things into the world as you explore it.
Murder by Numbers is also great with how it incorporates nonogram solving into a detective mystery story.

>requires internet access for a lot of random shit to even work (nothing too important, thankfully. Still sucks getting ingame emails than end up being blank/unusable on [emulated] Switch because of it)
>picross grids are random weird shapes instead of just using 0s like they should, which makes counting the grid so weird they included a counting button
>zero frontloaded clothing, so you're stuck with a basic rat for damn near 200 puzzles
>nothing frontloaded at all, honestly, so the gimmick of being able to decorate your house and clothe your rat is barely even "a thing" until like 500 puzzles in
>all the babymode toggles are turned on by default
>your rat is effectively just a big cheat button you can activate at any time and really doesn't do anything else
>a lot of settings for your rat don't have an explanation or any way to preview them, so customizing your rat's voice and "personality" is clunky as fuck
>all the puzzles are supposed to be the object you're going to get, but most don't fit very well and come across as completely random scattered shapes, even after you solve them
>the rat model is kinda ass for a bunch of nitpicky reasons
>the whole "decorate your house" thing doesn't actually do anything I think, and it's just padding so you don't complete the game too fast
>even if you DO unlock all the clothing options, there's barely any
---
>made by two gay dudes on Bluesky (no clue if they're homosexual though)
>devs are 100% aware of the return window on Steam, so they put all the LGBT stuff after about 2-3 hours in and they have argued with people over it
>includes basically 100% of all LGBT everything, including every niche flag, a tidal wave of pride stickers about 2 hours in that you can stick on various menus and screens, pride clothes, pride loading screen icons, even the main tutorial rat has all the colors of the trans flag
>the... third(?) hat you ever unlock is a pride one, which sucks because you're already hurting for variety
>>
>>738180359
Ah Pacific Drive did the same thing.
thanks for the warning.

Logiart Grimoire is another one by Jupiter.
