Been arguing with myself over getting a new controller for my PC (for 2d platformers and shit) and am wondering if I should replace my old Xbone controller with a newer Series S/X controller. The main issue with my Xbone controller is that the upper diagonal movements don't work well due to the DPAD being old and ass.Does the new whatever you call it on the Series S/X rectify this?

I do not give a shit about gyro. The Xbox controller is good. Still the best ergonomics of any controller I've ever used.
