Its a fucking lego game faggot

you must be 18+ to post here

Lego based are BASED

Frame Gen required in order to run on even the highest end hardware is such a fucking joke

thats a thing now?
>>
>>738178358
For heavily unoptimized games (anything with UE5 as the engine) they only account for windows 11 to minimize workload
>>
>>738178358
Never has been. It just means they didn't test it on anything else so if it doesn't run on 10 or 7 and you still bought it, that's on you.
>>
>>738178320
This is pretty much the same for most modern games now. Even Pragmata I had to turn on framegen to his my usual 120+ frame rate on a 4090 with 24gb VRAM.

If you don't turn it on the game drops to 40fps in some areas. Honestly ridiculous

It's pretty clear that modern devs have no fucking clue how to optimize games at all anymore.
At this point you have to pray that some of the old guard are still around to do that.
>>
>>738178253
those are such weak recommended specs that if you aren't at or above the 4k recommendations are aren't really a PC gamer and should just buy a console
>>
>>738178358
Yes because Microsoft ended support, no sane company would list Windows 10 as supported even if it works fine because it means they have to support an OS Microsoft killed which makes no sense.
>>

>Even Pragmata I had to turn on framegen to his my usual 120+ frame rate on a 4090 with 24gb VRAM
native 4k or with the pathtracing scam on?
>>
Ah I guess you could have like ray-tracing over the bricks and square people
>>
>>738181917
Notice they all claim you will reach the minimum expected framerate with DLSS and frame generation enabled which translates to "the game runs like shit even on high specs"
Honestly does anybody fucking remember when Arkham Knight first came out and it was both glitchy and ran like shit? So eventually it got briefly pulled from sale so it could get fixed up? Meanwhile today you're expected to just slap on a fake frames band-aid and accept it.
>>
>>738178253

>>
>>738181917
It's obviously a retardedly cpu heavy game. hence framegen 60fps.
>>

>60 fps WITH Framegen

Grim

As redundant it is to state, software developer / hardware manufacturer industry collusion is a real.

The switch 2 version not having a date makes a lot more sense now.
>>
>>738182586
>Switch 2

Kek. Why would you want to play anything on the Switch 2 if it has a PC version? You're playing a sub-optimal version of the game with removed assets and textures. Switch's real value is first party titles and how big of a fanboy you are for Nintendo games. If you REALLY like Mario, Pokemon, Kirby, Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, Metroid, etc.
>>
>>738182884
Not for nothing but Switch 2 has decent performance for what it is. I dont think it's superior to a steamdeck but you wouldnt be making a massive mistake by buying it like the Switch 1
>>
>>738183148
The Switch 2 is a better machine/system for the value compared to a Steam Deck.
>>
>>738183303
really depends on how much you have on your steam deck to start.
>>
>>738178253
apparently devs within the studio lobbied to switch to to UE5
>>
>>738183303
How so? Legitmately asking, not only the games are more expensive, you have to pay for online, emulation is also only via subscription with a very limited selection and you are stuck with your games on the switch 2 with upgrades only when a next generation comes and only if devs care enough to patch it, unlike the deck or ally or legion where bringing your library to a pc is an instant upgrade.
>>
>>738182283
Arkham knight was fine on launch, the reason why retards (you) were having issues was because they installed the game onto a HDD
>>
>>738183617
HDDs should be fine for games, its absurd that you need a smaller more expensive storage device for the same product
>>
>>738183683
>Thinks HDD's and SSD run at the same speed

You are a true Nu PC Gamer™
>>
>>738183617
People with top of the line ssds were still having issues zipping around and on the batmobile not to mention the game crashed all the time and was blatantly missing effects present on the console versions, there's a reason the game was delisted for months.
>>
>>738178358
IIRC all the CPU scheduler shit and GPU fixes never hit Windows 10. They are all Windows 11 exclusive.
>>
>>73817825
After the Skywalker Saga delayed release they said they would switch over to Unreal Engine, and this is the result of that.
>>
>>738178253
YAMERO
>>
>>738178358
Only for state-of-the-art games with advanced graphics like the lego series.
>>
>>738178320
That's with 4K and path tracing...
>>
>>738183683
Yeah they should be fine. But shit is not optimized so you need to load a shitload of bloated textures and shaders just in time at all times.
>>
>need fucking framegen and DLSS for a goddamn LEGO game
Enough of this dogshit industry, nuke India
>>
>Lego game
For me it was Blockland
>>
>>738178358
You're not going to get W10 on the specs even if it works perfectly fine because Microsoft in their infinite pajeet wisdom killed the OS.
>>
>>738178253
translating from corpo bullshit to real specs
>minimum
>low 635p @ 15 fps
>recommended
>medium 960p @ 30 fps
>4k
>1440p @ 30 fps

I'm not reading this wall of incomprehensible numbers. Can a 3060ti run it?
>>
>>738190840
barely, with framegen enabled.
>>
>>738178253
The RTX 2070 came out 7 years ago, you should have upgraded in that time.

It's a lego game.

Native 2k with ray tracing. No path tracing
